SEO: How to Attract Traffic to Your Pages?

I have seen that many of the writers have published hundreds of hubs, but the number of visitors to their hubs is very low. Just writing on HubPages is not enough. We do not write just to express ourselves. Number of visitors to our hubs is most important. And if we want to make money through our hubs, then a high number of visitors becomes a must thing.

I am writing on blogs and websites for last few years. Here are some ways, which I am using to promote my blogs, websites and now Hubs.

Give a perfect Title to your Hub: For search engines like Google and others, the title of a page is a very important thing. The title should be relevant to the content. Perfect title will attract visitors through Search Engines, as well as from HubPages itself.

Write perfect Key Words: Key words is second important thing to attract visitors through search engines. Just have a look at the content of the hub, then make a list of relevant key words. Then add them asTags.

Write on different subjects: Always write on different subjects. Variety of subjects will attract more visitors. But at the same time, you should write multiple articles on different aspect of the same subject.

Put a link: Put a link to your HubPages in the signature box of your email. Every time you send an email to anybody, this link will appear at the end of your message. This trick will attract some traffic to your Hubs.

Use Social Networking Sites to promote: join social network websites like Facebook, Google Plus, Orkut and others. Invite your friends to add you as a friend in such sites. Also join communities, groups and pages at the social networking sites. Then post links of your Hubs on your wall, as well as in the groups and communities. But remember that you should not spam.

Submit to Web Directories: Submit the URL of your hub to web directories and search engines.

Write at other places: Beside hubpages, you should write at other places also. At the end of your write up, give a back link to your HubPages

Leave Comments: Leave comments on the Hubs by others, as well as the relevant articles on other websites, giving a back link to your hubpages. Do Not Spam.

Increase number of followers: A high number of followers would automatically drive more traffic to your Hubs. The only way to increase followers is to Write, Write and Write. Write more articles, write in forums, answer questions, ask questions. Show your existence. This way you will get more followers.
